I’m Elle, a Certified Personal Trainer, Registered Yoga Teacher, and founder of Lotus Studio. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, and my background in subjects like anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, and genetics allows me to take a more informed, holistic approach to training, nutrition, recovery, and long-term transformation. I help women close the gap between where they are and where they want to be through strategic training, personalized nutrition, and a more feminine approach to building a body that not only looks better, but moves better, feels better, and functions well too. My coaching is about more than just helping you lose weight or grow your glutes. It’s about helping you build a body that is strong, sculpted, feminine, mobile, and well kept— while also building the habits, discipline, and self-trust needed to sustain those results. But my work is not only shaped by what I’ve studied. It’s also shaped by what I’ve lived. I know what it feels like to be frustrated with your body, disconnected from yourself, and painfully aware that you’re not showing up as the woman you know you’re meant to be. I know what it feels like to carry the shame, the disappointment, the self-doubt, and the gap between where you are and where you want to be. And I also know what it looks like to use that pain as fuel. To take the frustration, the setbacks, the self-betrayal, and the negative patterns that once kept you stuck and turn them into discipline, strength, standards, and self-respect.
